We are proud to be a Delta Dental provider and welcome most PPO plans. Please note that we do not participate with HMO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, or Denti-Cal plans.
To make your dental care as seamless and affordable as possible, we take the following steps:
- Personalized Insurance Verification: We’ll contact your insurance company to verify your specific benefits, including coverage percentages and any out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and co-pays.
- Transparent Treatment Plans: Before any treatment begins, you’ll receive a detailed plan outlining the recommended procedures, estimated costs, and your expected out-of-pocket responsibility.
- Upfront Payment and Claim Filing: We collect any patient portion due at the time of service, then bill your insurance directly as a courtesy, handling all the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
Any designated patient balance, as determined by the dental insurance following claim processing, is the patient’s responsibility whether the insurance carrier pays or not. Plan payments are based solely on treatment completion. For more accurate coverage, please call your dental insurance directly.
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. If you have additional questions about insurance options, contact our office at (626) 792-3161.
Financing
We have partnered with several financial institutions to allow easy interest-free or low-interest financing options. We firmly believe that you should be able to get the care you need when you need it regardless of your financial situation. These companies will allow you to get the urgent work you need and offset some of the upfront cost.
CareCredit
If you wish to make extended payments, we participate in CareCredit®, a dental credit card company. After a short application process, CareCredit may extend interest-free credit for up to 24 months. Low-interest plans for longer periods of time are also available.
Lending Club
If you prefer a one time fixed-rate loan over longer periods with clear terms, Lending Club® is another financing option. Within seconds of filling out the application form, you will see amounts, APRs, and terms you prequalify for with NO impact on your credit score until you select a plan and move forward.
