Your New Patient Experience in Our Office
Your first appointment will be scheduled to provide you with the doctor’s undivided time and attention to ensure that your individual needs are being met and that your questions are answered.
This initial visit will be a comprehensive examination with the necessary diagnostic x-rays or CT scan, as well as information provided by your dentist, so that your situation can be thoroughly evaluated and the ideal treatment plan can be determined. If your dentist has taken x-rays recently, please request that they be forwarded to our office.
Following your examination, we will discuss the ideal treatment option and any alternatives, and explain the procedures involved and the treatment sequence. We will also show you photos of similar cases so that you can better understand the recommended treatment plan.
If your first visit is a consultation about dental implants, one of our Implant Coordinators will also be involved in the consultation. She will be available to assist you with scheduling appointments in our office and coordinating any appointments with your dentist that are necessary to complete your treatment.
Scheduling
We strive to schedule appointments that are convenient to your schedule. We respect your time and make every effort to see you on time. So we can maintain our schedule to accommodate all of our patients, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete all necessary paperwork.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
